We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please visit our online Return Center at journalsandgear.com. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to proceed. The online system will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
Return Guidelines
- Time Frame: Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Final Sale: Clearance items, personalized items, and special orders are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: For your convenience, we deduct a return shipping fee from your refund when using our prepaid label. This fee covers the cost of shipping both ways. If you choose to use your own carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Refund Processing: After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanging an Item
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest method is to process a return for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, please contact our customer service team for instructions on processing a return. Please note that any original shipping charges, duties, or taxes are non-refundable. A return shipping fee will be applied.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.
